Start something in November

January is too obvious, and December too busy. No, the best time to start something new is November. We have an image in our minds of starting fresh in the new year, new year, new you, so the saying goes, but why not get a head start?

If you’ve already built the habit by January, then half of the battle is already won! Start thinking about what you can change now, and even start taking steps to achieve it. Future you will thank you.
